Is nostr actually capable, in a practical sense, of having splits the way p2.0 has always had? Is this doing that(splits) right now? Or is it my albyhub doing the work? Im confused lol

What happened with buzzsprout? Did they jump in with it all? I know they donate to p2.0 often, but have never noticed if they help or used to help with the wallets and everything
